- These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products, resources, manuals, accreditation packs, AET materials, training resources, guidance documents and other downloadable or electronically delivered content supplied by CPD APPROVED (“we”, “us”, “our”).
- By purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- 1. Digital Products
Our products may include, but are not limited to:
CPD-approved or CPD-related training materials
Accreditation packs
AET (Award in Education and Training) resources
Manuals and course materials
“How to Become an Accreditor” guidance and resources
Templates, policies, procedures and forms
Digital training documents and supporting resources
Other downloadable or electronically delivered educational content
the product is supplied electronically;
access may be provided immediately or shortly after purchase;
digital materials may be accessed, downloaded or viewed following purchase; and
you are not purchasing a physical product.

course materials;
accreditation documentation;
templates;
policies;
procedures;
forms;
logos;
graphics;
written content;
instructional materials; and
other digital resources.
resell our digital materials;
distribute, share or upload the materials publicly;
give copies to third parties;
reproduce the materials for commercial resale;
claim our materials as your own;
remove copyright or ownership notices;
upload our materials to file-sharing websites or public platforms;
reproduce substantial portions of the materials in another course or product; or
use our materials to create a competing product for sale.

regulatory approval;
acceptance by a particular awarding or accreditation body; or
successful establishment of an accreditation business.
failure to implement the guidance correctly;
failure to adapt materials to your circumstances;
reliance on the materials without obtaining appropriate professional advice;
changes to external accreditation or regulatory requirements; or
decisions made by third-party accreditation, certification or regulatory organisations.
- All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United Kingdom law.
All products are supplied digitally unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Digital Delivery
Following successful payment, you will receive access to the digital product using the email address or account details provided at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and contact details supplied when purchasing are correct.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information supplied by you, technical problems with your own device, internet connection, email provider or software.
3. No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of our products as digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable once digital access, download or delivery has been provided.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:
Where permitted by applicable law, you agree that you cannot request a refund simply because you have changed your mind, no longer require the materials, or have decided not to use them.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
4. Faulty or Inaccessible Digital Content
If you experience a genuine technical problem preventing you from accessing the digital product, please contact us at CPD-APPROVED@OUTLOOK.COM.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine technical issues and, where appropriate, provide replacement access or a replacement copy of the affected material.
A technical issue with access does not automatically entitle you to a refund where the issue can reasonably be resolved.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials supplied by us remain our intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for the purpose for which they were purchased.
It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
6. Prohibited Use

7. Accreditation and CPD Status
Where a product is described as CPD approved, CPD certified, CPD recognised or CPD-related, this description relates only to the specific approval, recognition or certification applicable to that product at the time of purchase.
CPD approval or recognition of a product does not automatically mean that the purchaser, their organisation, their courses or their learners are themselves accredited or approved.
Where we provide information or resources relating to becoming an accreditor, this material is intended as educational and guidance content.
Purchasing an accreditation pack or “How to Become an Accreditor” product does not guarantee:
Any external approval or registration remains subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant organisation or authority.
8. Responsibility for Use of Materials
You are responsible for reviewing and adapting materials where necessary to ensure that they are appropriate for your organisation, learners, courses and intended use.
Where templates, policies or guidance are provided, they should be reviewed and amended to reflect your own circumstances.
We do not provide legal, regulatory or professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
9. Updates and Changes
We may update our digital materials from time to time to correct errors, improve content or reflect changes in relevant practices or requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase of a digital product does not guarantee lifetime updates or future versions.
If ongoing updates are included with a particular product, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
10. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions accurately explain what is included.

Different products may contain different materials, licences, access periods and permitted uses.
11. Account and Access Security
Where access is provided through an online account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
You must not share account credentials with individuals who have not been authorised to access the purchased product.

Third-party requirements may change, and you are responsible for checking the current requirements of the relevant organisation.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
